PaperNova is an independent online publication platform. All papers submitted through PaperNova are published on this website only. We do not forward, syndicate, mirror, or link submissions to any external journal, database, indexing service, or third-party website.
2. No affiliation with external journals
PaperNova is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in collaboration with any academic journal, university, research institute, indexing agency (such as Scopus, Web of Science, UGC-CARE, DOAJ, PubMed, IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, or any similar body), or any other research publication. We do not claim any partnership, recognition, or cross-listing with any such organization. Any resemblance in name or branding is coincidental.
3. Intended use - certificate of publication
PaperNova exists primarily to help students obtain a certificate of publication that can be submitted to their college, school, or university as proof of a publishing activity. The certificate reflects publication on the PaperNova website only. It does not represent peer review by an external journal, an impact factor, an indexed publication, or any form of academic accreditation beyond PaperNova itself.
Authors are responsible for confirming with their own institution whether a PaperNova certificate meets their specific academic or administrative requirements before submitting it.
4. Author responsibilities
- All submissions must be the author's original work.
- Authors retain full copyright of their paper.
- Plagiarism, fabricated data, or AI-generated content misrepresented as original work is prohibited.
- Authors grant PaperNova a non-exclusive license to host and display the paper on this website.
5. Publication fees & refunds
Fees are payable per submission and are non-refundable once editorial review has started. Rejected submissions may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
PaperNova is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding academic recognition, career outcomes, admissions, or acceptance of the certificate by any third party. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific submission in question.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
